Soldiers assigned to the 110th Chemical Battalion mitigate a simulated leak of a contaminated human remains transfer case aboard a C-17 Globemaster III aircraft during Operation Iron Flight, March 20, 2022, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. The exercise, in conjunction with exercise Rainier Kraken, provided technical escort and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives training under realistic joint-service scenarios that support a readiness operation.
