A Coast Guard Station Portland crew aboard a 29-foot Response Boat Small II makes a turn on the Columbia River during a routine small vessel security boarding patrol. Station Portland crews regularly patrol the Columbia River between Puget Island, Washington, Bonneville Lock and Dam in Oregon, the Willamette River and as far as Oregon City, Oregon.
