Hundreds of protesters rally near the New York Stock Exchange in Lower Manhattan on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 calling for the establishment of a tax on speculative financial transactions. The activists, from a number of a organization including National Nurses United, are supporting the tax on derivatives, stocks, bonds, futures, credit default swaps and similar transactions with the hundreds of billions raised to rebuild America and to support healthcare.
