Belle Lucrative.—A pear of great merit; fruit of medium size, flesh juicy,, melting, sugarj', rich and delicious; tree vigorous and productive, one of the best in deep black soil. Flemish Beauty.—A large, beautiful, melting, sweet pear ; it is one of the most hardy trees, and productive pears around this part of the country.
