They furnish us with deep, rich glowing colors, to be found in no. other section of the family, and their flowers are also very much larger, while beau- tifully cupped and imbricated. Coquette des Alps—Double and perfect, blooming in large clusters at intervals throughout the season. Snowy white. General Jacqueminot—Large velvety flowers of the most intense maroon-scarlet, each set in a cluster of rich green leaves. Blooms repeatedly through the summer and fall and is the most popular Rose grown. Paul Neyron—Immense double flowers, of shining car- mine-pink. The largest Rose known; perfectly grand. Black Prince—Large, double, crimson-black. Very dark. J. B. Clark—Intense, deep scarlet, heavily shaded black- ish crimson; growth upright, foliage bronzy-green in the young stage. Flowers are large and beautiful. M. P. Wilder—One of the richest glowing scarlet-reds to be found in any Rose. Large, double and sweet.
