Col. Michael J. Philbin, the Joint Operations Officer, Joint Force Headquarters Cyber (Army) addresses a group of Army officers during a Cyber Operations Officer Course graduation ceremony at the Army Cyber Center of Excellence on Fort Gordon, Georgia, July 25. During the ceremony 17 officers graduated including five Army Reserve officers from the Army Reserve Cyber Operations Group, 335th Signal Command (Theater) who were the first from their component to complete the course.
