British Forces are deployed in South Sudan on Operation TRENTON in order to support both the United Nations (UN) and the African Mission in South Sudan (AMISS) to protect displaced persons. The British Army's work includes advisory and mentoring roles in Juba as well as directly protecting camps for displaced persons.
