This hasgrown worse in the last few days. has had patient under ob-servation for the past two weeks. Hereferred her to Dr. Kelly for radiumtreatment and patient has receivedseven treatments. Mother thinks thetumor has grown smaller and softersince treatments. also contains hair, epidermis, cartilage,bone, teeth, etc. Heuer of Johns Hopkins, who re-viewed the literature of dermoid cystof the mediastinum, stated that RogerMorris collected a series of fifty-sevencases in 1 905 ; Dangschat collected aseries of forty-four cases in 1903; andPohl collected a series of fifty-two casesin 1914. Very recently Hertzler re-ported a case of dermoid cyst of themediastinum in
