Tom Carden, commanding general of the Georgia Army National Guard participate in a video teleconference with the 4th Infantry Division in Valcea Romania. The generals visited the Soldiers of the 648th MEB who are participating in Exercise Saber Guardian, a multi-national exercise involving more than 25,000 service members from more than 20 nations.
