Steven Moses, left, talks to students in the new Religious Program Specialist "A" School laboratory following a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Naval Technical Training Center onboard Naval Air Station Meridian, Feb. 25. The Navy's RP School is returning to NAS Meridian after several years at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. At the school students learn how to assist Navy Chaplains in giving ministry and counseling to service members of all religious backgrounds.
