ECLIPSE BEET. beet in cultivation, and for those who desire extra early beets for table use or marketing it is very desirable, as it is fully one week earlier than the earliest, not large, but obtains a good size, smooth, line texture and good quality. Grown very extensively for the first crop; a rapid grower, and owing to the smallness of its leaves, it admits of close cultivation; form flat; color deep red, Pkt., 5c.; oz., IOC.; and of good quality, although not so desirable when others come in. lb., 20C.; lb., 60C. Dewing's Blood Turnip. An improved strain of the old Blood Turnip Beet. Avery desirable variety, and specially well adapted for a general and late crop; roots smooth, long and round; color blood red, with light colored rings, a very desirable market sort. Pkt., 5c.; oz., loc.; lb., 20c.; lb., 60c. Edmand's Turnip. The flesh is deep blood red in color. It is round and smooth in shape and of good market size; grows a small top and but a single tap root which fact commends itself to the gardener's attention who grows beets for bunching purposes. It is very early and is de- cidedly popular and much called for wherever it has been sold. Pkt., 5c. ;oz., loc; lb., 20c.; lb., 60c. Early Blood Turnip. Here we have the old stand-by, the Turnip beet,with its dark red color. It is the best varietj' for family use. Pk
