HE Deer Island Nurser- ies are located at Oak- land, Orange County, Florida, south of Lake Ap- opka, on an island in Lake John, and being in the cen- ter of the state, trees and plants suitable for all parts of the state can be grown. It is the intention of the proprietors to keep a full stock of Oranges and other Citrus Fruit Trees, also Trop- ical and Semi-Tropical Fruits and Ornamental Trees and Plants, and special care will be taken to grow all true to name. New varieties will be ad- ded as fast as the}^ can be obtained, and all found to be of value will be placed in our catalogues. All plants will be packed in the best manner, and delivered to the nearest line of transportation, and we will guarantee plants to arrive in perfect order, provided there is no delay in transportation. Early orders solicited (before rather than after Januar^^ ist). If suppl}' of an}' plants ordered is exhausted, others of equal merit will be substituted, unless we are requested not to do so. Cash with orders, or satisfactory- reference, is our rule. Money- should be sent by Registered Letter or Money Orders drawn on Oakland, pay-able to A. E. Champlin. We prefer a remittance of lo per cent, on all orders booked for delivery at the proper season. Orders from this catalogue to the amount of Sio and upwards, at single and dozen rates, delivered free of freight to all points on the O. B.; J., T. & K. \V.; T. O. & A., S. Fla. and Fla.
