The leadership of the 3rd Battalion, 379th Regiment, cased their colors at the battalion's deactivation ceremony in Fort Smith, Arkansas on Dec. 10, 2016. The ceremony marks the closing of the unit as part of a larger restructuring of the 800th Logistics Support Brigade, which is headquartered in Mustang, Oklahoma.
