30 October 2023. Keith Area, Moray - Aberdeenshire, Scotland. This is a 380 Ton Electric Transformer being transported by Allelys Heavy Haulage from Buckie Harbour to Rothiemay. The Transformer was delivered by large Ship to Buckie Harbour almost 3 weeks ago. Due to its huge size in both width and length it required up to 6 Trucks to push and pull it on its route which was amongst other B class roadS, the A96 main trunk Road between Aberdeen and Inverness. This did cause severe congestion as Police Escort had to stop the normal flow of traffic until such times as the load passed.
