Neoclassical main staircase of the former Assicurazioni Generali palace in Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí) in Prague, Czech Republic. Franz Kafka went up and down the staircase when he worked in the Prague branch of the Assicurazioni Generali insurance company from 1907 to 1908. The palace was open to the public during the Open House Prague Festival on 18-19 May 2019.
