During the conclusion of the culinary enhancement course, service members prepare a three course meal for guests as a part of the culinary enhancement course graduation ceremony at the Culinary University on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., March 12, 2021. During this two week course, culinary specialists learned to prepare a variety of menus and meal courses, as well as plating.
