Alder's Waste Ghaut, Church Street and the Virgin Pump, Whitby Yorkshire as it was when Harker's Jet Merchant's and Stamp's Coal merchants had premises there. The public pump seen here bore the inscription 'Antlia pro bono publico' (Provided for the public good). The hording to the left marks the site of the former Crown and Anchor, public house. The slipway is still in existence in 2021
