(February 7, 2018) Naval Air Station (NAS) Whidbey Island's Federal Fire and Emergency Services Department responds to a burning helicopter trainer as part of the Navy's annual anti-terrorism exercise Solid Curtain-Citadel Shield (SC-CS). The helicopter trainer was set ablaze as part of a simulated terrorist attack.
