Fireworks ignited from barges on the River Mersey light up Liverpool waterfront buildings as part of a 9 day River of Light Festival. From 1st November to the 9th November, Liverpool's waterfront will be transformed with light, colour and sound as ten commissions from artists and organisations from across Europe are installed.
