Thousands of people, joined by senior politicians and trade unions leaders attend a mass national demonstration against the renewal of Trident nuclear weapons in Marble Arch and rally in Trafalgar Square. The demonstration organised by Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament and supported by Stop the War Coalition.
