LAKES, Ill. (Sept. 15, 2018) Chief petty officers (CPOs) stand at attention during a CPO pinning ceremony at Recruit Training Command. Sixty-two Sailors were pinned to chief during the ceremony. More than 30,000 recruits graduate annually from the Navy's only boot camp.
