YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 12, 2022) Command Senior Chief Shanika Jones, a detailer from Navy Personnel Command, negotiates orders with a Professional Apprenticeship Career Tracks (PACT) Sailor during a Fleet Engagement Team event onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka. The Fleet Engagement Team met with PACT Sailors forward-deployed to the 7th Fleet to provide career counseling, designate ratings and negotiate orders on site.
