It is in loving memory that we dedicate our 1986 AssociationalAnnual to Miss Mary Jordan. She began teaching VacationBible Schools in 1934 and continued for the next forty-six served as Associational Vacation Bible School Director formost of those forty-six years. For many of those years, beforeshe owned an automobile, she would walk to distant churches andconduct their Vacation Bible School, staying in the home of amember of the church. In many cases she received nothing forher effort. She loved children and Im sure she felt it was payenough just to be blessed to tell them about Jesus her Lord. On January 21, 1986, Jesus called for Mary to come leave her in His keeping until we shall join her there.
