Children from throughout the Tri-Command laughed, played and dressed as a myriad of different characters at the Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron Harvest Fest, Oct. 25. Halloween costumes brightened the festive event where the squadron provided games and activities to build camaraderie and morale.
