US Marine Corps Lance Corporal Drew Fisher of the 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Fleet Service Support, Charlie Company, applies plaster to the ceiling of the Babonneau community center in Castries, Saint Lucia. Approximately 100 Marine, Army and Air Force personnel have deployed to Saint Lucia as part of Operation NEW HORIZONS. The operation has a two fold mission of readiness training and humanitarian assistance in the Caribbean and Latin America.
