Yates & At the close of the Centennial Exhibition, Charles , as chief gardener, was placed in charge of the floraldecoration of Fairmount Park, his office being in Horti-cultural Hall, and here under him served John Finnety, andGeorge Ballantine, both well known local florists, and JohnWelsh Young, the popular rose-grower of Spring Bank,.
