Chaplain (Maj.) Dawn Siebold, 88th Readiness Division chaplain, provides a scripture reading during the installation's Veteran's Day Prayer Luncheon on Nov. 8, 2018, at McCoy's Community Center at Fort McCoy, Wis. Dozens of people attended the event that was organized by the post Religious Support Office. Chaplain (Col.) Bobby Whitlock, Army Forces Command chaplain, was the featured guest speaker for the event.
