A person can hardly imagine the ap-pearance he presented. Our train stoppedat a siding near a village and, as is the cus-tom, all the small children came runningdown to have a look. In the crowd wasthis fellow with the undershirt, and a kingnever was prouder of state robes than wasthis kid. Instead of putting it over his headas anyone else
