Clifton Beach, Karachi on a Sunday afternoon. Camel rides and the joy of the waves to say nothing of the shipwreck beyond are part of the fun . Most of these people live in the cities. Through the years they have mixed with Arabs, Afghans, Greeks, Persians, and added to the mix that makes up present-day Pakistanis. Each cultural group has its own language or dialect. The Punjabis,speak various dialects of the Punjabi language. Other leading groups, in order of size, include the Sindhis, the Pushtuns, and the Baluchi. Their language is also called Sindhi. The Baluchi are nomadic tribes that live near oases.
