It produces an enormous quantity of fodder, for which stock show a marked partiality. Plant 4 lbs. to the acre. {See cut.) 12c. lb.; 100 lbs., $ JERUSALEM CORN. Grows about five feet high, and is one of the surest crops for dry countries and seasons, having in the driest season in the past IS years in Kansas produced a crop, ?without irrigation, when other forage plants perished. I tell you it is the crop for dry land and for very late planting. It seems to me it .should be better advertised, so all farmers, in dry sections, could know how val- uable it ;—C. W.
