FT. RUCKER, Ala. (Jan. 25, 2019) – Mr. Rodney Dippel, an instructor at the Joint Enroute Care Course (JECC), shows Rear Adm. Tina Davidson, Navy Medicine Education, Training and Logistics Command (NMETLC) commander and Navy Nurse Corps director, the helicopter simulator used during JECC. Davidson and NMETLC Command Master Chief Richard Putnam traveled to Ft. Rucker as part of their visit to nearby Pensacola, Fla., area Navy Medicine commands.
