PACIFIC OCEAN (July 22, 2017) - Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class Albert Kelsey, assigned to USS Chafee (DDG 90), signals boat davit operator to lower the rigid hull inflatable boat (RHIB) along side the ship during boat operations.
