Taylor, also of Chicago, secretary,held a meeting at Purdue and reviewedthe results of the examination of allcandidates as presented by the universityauthority. It was found that seventeencandidates had submitted to the prescrib-ed examination. Mr. Marsh was certi-fied to by the university authority ashaving obtained the best results in hisexamination.
