Rusty Olive strimmers.

Modern olive harvesting methods include the use of a mechanical rotary strimmer held upwards in the branches of trees. Some machines shake the trees but this can damage the fruit. By placing a net under each tree and gently strimming the olives out, there is less chance of bruising and hence a better quality harvest.
