Grapes that have harvested and are being crushed ready for bottling.
Whilst holidaying in Greece I noticed an amateur wine maker having his grapes crushed by a local farmer, using specialist machinery. The crates of grapes were tipped into a destemmer machine (which crushes the grapes) the juice came out into buckets and the machine then got rid of the waste.
