A 19th Century view of the original Glasgow Bridge spanning the River Clyde and completed in 1772, and designed by William Mylne, It was modified several times until 1899 when it was replaced with the current wider bridge, It incorporated Telford's stonework and expanded the arches to accommodate larger ships, Scotland.
