June 11, 1970 - Damaged buildings in Thenh Ny village, Vietnam. The village was attacked by Viet Cong terrorists during the night of June 10. Over half of the village was destroyed by fire and explosives. The attack was a response to villagers refusing to support local Viet Cong activities or provide rice to the Communist. Sadly, over 150 civilians, including women, children, and village elders, were killed in the raid.
