Volunteers from the Hampton Roads Naval Museum disembark and are gathered for a group picture after taking a guided tour of Naval Station Norfolk and the Elizabeth River aboard the Victory Rover. The tour was coordinated in conjunction with National Volunteer Week, and was a means for the museum to show their appreciation for the hard work and dedication that museum volunteers have done.
