GENERAL FEATURES The new line is to be of single-track construction, with aright-of-way permitting a second track eventually. Its total. Galveston-Houston Line—Stacking Steel in the Material Yard trackage covers miles, consisting of a main line of ; five passing tracks with a total length of 1 mile, and threesubstation sidings, mile long.
