Located on the Red River, Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam. The population is approaching million and constantly growing. Obviously older than Ho Chi Minh, City it is characterised by narrow roads and masses of two wheeled transport, mainly low cost motorbikes coming in from China. Crossing the road is an art form but surprisingly simple to learn.
