Kandahar city, Southern Afghanistan. 2nd September 2021. The Taliban continued their victory celebrations with a military parade in the city of Kandahar. Kandahar is the spiritual city of the Taliban, and the group's capital during its 1996-2001 rule. Fighters waved white Taliban flags from Humvees and armored SUVs during the parade.
