The repeating pattern consists of a lotus flower with lush volute leaf, which originates at the top of the strip from a more or less diamond-shaped motif. The volute leaf hangs down to the bottom, while the flower turns upwards. The motifs are made in linen and mesh strokes with thicker and shiny contour threads.
