The bill carried a provision for $100,000 or asmuch as is necessary for the prosecution of the project. Presi-dent Taft signed the bill on March 4, 1910, the pens used bythe Clerk of the House, the Vice-President and the Presidentbeing afterwards presented to Potomac Council.
