Coast Guardsmen lost between 1942 and 2016 in Hawaii and the Pacific are honored at Lantern Floating Hawaii on Memorial Day at Ala Moana Beach Park, Oahu, Hawaii. Remembered are: Machinery Technician 2nd Class Joshua Noz, USCGC Ahi (WPB 87364), 2016, the crews of III MEF Marines Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 463, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, 2016, for whom we searched, the crew of CG6505, Coast Guard Airsta Barbers Point, 2008, the crew of CG1420, Coast Guard Air Station Barbers Point, 1982, and of course Signalman 1st Class Douglas Munro who gave his life for the lives of many Marin
