From the official press release: The Central Exhibition Hall "Manege", with the support of the Committee for Culture of St. Petersburg, opens the exhibition "Pushkinskaya-10. Ark of the 21st century." The exhibition project will present the collection of the Free Culture Partnership (Pushkinskaya-10), which was donated to the Manege Central Exhibition Hall in March 2023. The exhibition will feature more than 400 works - paintings, graphics, sculpture, art objects, photography, sound installations. The project will introduce the viewer to the phenomenon of St. Petersburg unofficial art, and will also show how the independent creative art community influenced the development of contemporary art in our city. The exhibition will consist of exhibition blocks uniting various artistic groups - the Arefievsky Circle, Gazanevshchina, TEII, Sterligov Circle, Mitki and others. Viewers will have the opportunity to learn the history of the legendary creative squat and see a multidimensional, diverse collection of works by nonconformist artists.
