Gentoo penguins and chicks at Sparrow Cove, Falkland Islands

Sparrow Cove on East Falkland Island, near Port William, is home to a colony of nearly 1600 gentoo penguins and a small colony of king penguins. It is a half day return trip from Stanley to Sparrow Cove by ferry and 4WD vehicle.
