We want to Mend this Law,so that no Man shall Own Land who does notPay each Year its Fair AVorth as bare Landto the Till of the State. 32. LESSON XXIX. God Man Made Mnst Land Use NotForSpec. If a Man may not Own Land, how is heto Live, since all he Needs for his Life is gotout of Land?
