Flood-lit at night stands the 96 meters high minaret known as the Giralda, dominates the skyline of Seville in Spain. The minaret with its 25 bells was part of the Great Mosque, built between 1184 -1198 AD. From 1298AD it became a Roman Catholic Cathedral of Saint Mary of the See (Catedral de Santa María de la Sede). Seville Cathedral as it is better known is the third-largest church in the world and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site
