Newly wed couple, Nuray and Ozgur who met during Gezi Park protests a month ago, were barred from having their wedding at the Park. Instead, immediately after their wedding wows, they ran up to the Park, greeted the crowd which had gathered there despite riot police's presence with direct orders from the mayor. The wedding "banquet", a floor "table" spread on newspapers, in the wedding center's parking lot, ensued right around iftar. Guests came from all around the city, not necessarily knowing one another,
