YOKOSUKA, Japan (Jan. 19, 2018) Builder 2nd Class Dahlila Richards assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, assembles a door that will be used on the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB). NMCB 4 is forward deployed to the pacific, ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations, and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps, and joint operational forces.
